There’s certainly a lot of beautiful painting within this radish piece. The colors and brushwork are lush! My only suggestion would be to consider softening the green leaves a bit so that they do not compete with the radish forms. One way to achieve this is to very softly press down over top a few of the thickly painted areas with a sable brush, which will soften and shimmer the paint and assist with integrating the brushwork.  There’s a very fine line between overstating and understating brushwork. So if you do soften a few areas, be sure not to pat- down with the sable brush too hard.
